研究的目的是根据卷取带钢规格的要求，力图从理论上确定地下卷取机夹送辊与卷筒的相互位置。研究过程采用弹塑性弯曲变形理论和工程应用的方法，得出了与实例相符的计算结果。研究结果表明研究方法和公式的正确性，为地下卷取机设计提供了理论依据。
The purpose of the article is to study the correlation between mandrel and pinch rolls of downcoiler according to the requirement coiling strip. The research utilizes the theories of elasticplastic bending and the engineering application methods, and it is found that the correct calculation result is in accordance with application examples. The conclusions show that research methods and formulae are correct, and afford theory basis for designing downcoiler.
