本文对用电流体动力学法制取的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉进行微区原位电子显微综合实验,发现获得的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉是具有单晶结构的β-Sn式Bi的单相过饱和固溶体(或单相固溶体),对其形成机制进行了分析
The microstructure of Sn-Bi nanometer powder prepared by the electrohydrodynamic technique has been examined in site on the analytical transmission electron microscope. It was found that each Sn-Bi nanometer powder particle is either β-Sn or supersaturated Bi with the structure of single crystal.
