以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、大豆油(SOY)、乳酸(LA)为主要原料合成了水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU).通过红外分析(FT-IR)的手段对环氧大豆油-乳酸多元醇的结构进行了表征;利用透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及拉伸力学性能测试等方法探讨了水性聚氨酯乳液的形态、稳定性及其涂膜的耐热性能和机械性能.结果表明:利用环氧大豆油-乳酸开环聚酯多元醇合成的水性聚氨酯乳液具有良好的稳定性,粒子形态均一,乳液流平所制得的涂膜耐热性能及力学性能优异.
