用大功率CO_2激光器对在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体喷涂的Al_2O_3-13wt-%TiO_2陶瓷涂层进行重熔,获得了均匀的陶瓷重熔层。采用透射电镜通过选区电子衍射、衍衬像及X射线能谱分析(EDAX)等手段对激光重熔陶瓷层的微观组织和相结构进行了观察研究。结果表明,激光重熔陶瓷层中TiO_2与部分Al_2O_3生成Al_2TiO_5,其余的α-Al_2O_3晶粒有少量的基体元素渗入,并均匀分布着许多细小的超结构相,在Al_2TiO_5中较多的Ti元素被基体元素取代。α-Al_2O_3与Al_2TiO_5相的分布随着与表面的远近呈有规律的变化,在靠近表面和靠近基体处Al_2TiO_5呈条状和块状分布在α-Al_2O_3的晶界处,且靠近基体的Al_2TiO_5量越来越多。
Microstructure,morphology and composition of the phases in 2 kW laser remelted Al_2O_3-13wt-%TiO_2 ceramic coatings on ICr18Ni9Ti substrate were examined by using electron diffraction, diffraction contrast image and EDAX. Results showed that TiO_2 and a part of Al_2O_3 formed Al_2TiO_5 and a superlattice phase appeared in the ceramic layer;a little alloy element of substrate permeated into α-Al_2O_3 and replaced only a part of Ti in Al_2TiO_5.The distribution and morphology of α-Al_2O_3 and Al_2TiO_5 were related with the distance from surface.The shape of Al_2TiO_5 was strip near surface and block near substrate,and the farther from surface,and the more Al_2TiO_5 in the coatings.
