开展了钒钛磁铁精矿粒度对烧结性能影响的研究,分析了精矿粒度逐步细化对烧结指标的影响.研究结果表明:随着精矿粒度变细,烧结混合料的制粒性能显著改善,料层透气性提高,垂直烧结速度增加了0.22~1.28mm/min,但烧结矿的转鼓强度和成品率分别下降0.73%~3.29%和0.27%~1.21%,低温还原粉化性能变差.此次试验探索出了精矿粒度变粗对烧结矿产、质量的不利影响,提出了在目前攀钢烧结原料结构条件下,精矿的粒度应尽量细化,并采取适当提高料层措施,可提高烧结矿产,质量和改善冶金性能.

The influence of size of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate on sintering performance was researched.For example,the relationship between size distributions of the magnetite concentrate and sintering indexes was analyzed.The results show that,with finer grains,the granulating performance of the mixtures improves significantly,the bed permeability increases,the increment of vertical sintering velocity is about 0.22-1.28mm/min,but the drum index and yield decrease 0.73%-3.29%and 0.27%-1.21%respectively,and low temperature reduction degradation properties(RDI)become worse.The following viewpoints are concluded,the coarser magnetite concentrates is not helpful to the high quality and yield of sinter,the finer magnetite concentrates with the proper measures to improve bed permeability could increase the yield and improve the quality and metallurgical properties of sinter under the current sintering material conditions.
