一台JPM-1B型接触疲劳磨损试验机出现故障：PLC配用的文本显示器TD200显示CPU不正常,无法进行相关参数设置;计数显示不正常,有时计数过快,有时中途停止计数。通过分析检查测试,确认是用户在设置工作参数时误操作,改变了TD200原来正常参数配置,造成了锁定。经过重新校正后恢复正常。计数显示不正常是由于该机所使用的变频器产生高频干扰信号影响计数信号的正常采集。同时由于光电计数脉冲信号的变化幅度过小,使计数电路工作不稳定造成计数停止。经过电路改进并增加滤波电容后计数恢复正常。

Failures occurred on a JPM-1B contact fatigue wear test machine: PLC with text display TD200 shows that CPU is not normal, and related parameters can not be set; counting is abnormal, sometimes too fast, or counting is stopped. Through analyzing, it is confirmed that the parameters were set incorrectly, the original TD200 normal parameter configuration were changed, resulting in a locked result. It was restored to the normal after the correc- tion. The reason for the abnormal counting display is due to the converter used by the machine generated high frequency interference signal in the normal acquisition count. At the same time, as the change of count pulse signal is too small, the counting circuit work is instability, resulting in counting stop. After improving the circuit and the increase of filter capacitor, the count is returned to the normal.
