以三维碳纤维织物和廉价的硅树脂为原料,采用先驱体转化工艺制备3D C_f/Si-O-C材料,考察了硅树脂浓度对材料微观结构与力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着硅树脂浓度的增加,3D C_f/Si-O-C材料的密度增加,孔隙率下降,材料的弯曲强度增加,当硅树脂浓度达到54.5%时,材料的弯曲强度达到360.6 MPa;而随着硅树脂浓度的进一步增加,材料的密度虽然进一步增加,但弯曲强度和断裂韧性却明显下降,这主要是由于硅树脂浓度过高时,所制备的材料基体与纤维结合较紧,界面结合较差的原因造成的.

Three Dimensional carbon fiber cloth reinforced silicon oxycarbide (3D C_f/Si-O-C) composites were fabricated with low cost silicon resin as precursors and 3D Cf as reinforcement. The effects of silicon resin content on the structure and properties of 3D C_f/Si-O-C composites were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of silicon resin content, the porosity of composites decreased and the flexural strength increased. It was found that fabricated with 54.5 wt% silicon resin, the composites exhibited optimum properties, and the flexural strength of the composites reached 360.6 MPa. With the further increase of the silicon resin content, the density of the composites increased, but the interface bonding was too dense and the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites decreased because of weakened the interface bonding.
