以十二烷基硫酸钠/十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂进行了苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯微乳液共聚合反应.研究了引发剂浓度[I]、单体总浓度[M]、乳化剂含量CE和聚合温度T对微乳液共聚合的最大聚合速率Rmax和共聚物粘均分子量η的影响,测定了共聚单体的竞聚率,结果得到Rmax∝[I]0.90[M]1.49C 0.73E exp(-6116/T),η∝[I]-1.60[M]-1.22C -1.43E exp(3496/T);r St= 0.55,r BA= 0.23.
