本文从宽板坯表面纵裂纹产生的机理入手，倒推分析影响宽板坯表面纵裂纹的工艺因素，并结合生产实践，采取切实可行的工艺措施，主要从钢水条件、保护渣组分优化、水口浸入深度、结晶器传热、冷却制度、工艺拉速等方面进行重点分析，最终取得了较好的控制效果。

This article first introduced mechanism of longitudinal cracks on wide slab how to produce, and then analyzed the processing factors which influenced longitudinal cracks on wide slab by the backward method. The article combined with the actual production, and adopted the feasible processing measure. It analyzed emphasis from the conditions of the liquid steel, optimizing components of powder, the SEN’s depth of penetration, heat transfer of mould, the cooling system and the casting speed, and better effective was got finally.
