模拟油气田环境,采用高温高压釜对油套管N80钢进行失重腐蚀试验.结果表明:N80钢的腐蚀速率随着乙酸浓度的增加呈升高趋势,但在乙酸浓度为3000μl/L时反而比在1000 μl/L时低,并且其在含乙酸的腐蚀介质中的腐蚀速率远高于在未含乙酸的腐蚀介质中的腐蚀速率.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能散X射线谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射技术(XRD)研究了在不同乙酸浓度条件下油管钢N80腐蚀的特征并讨论了其腐蚀机理.

The corrosion perfromance of annulus N80 steel was examined in a simulated oil and gas field environment with acetic acid in an autoclave, and the corrosion rate was measured by weight loss method. The results showed that the corrosion rate of N80 increased with the increasing of acetic acid concentration, but the corrosion rate of N80 steel was lower with 3000 μl/L than that with 1000 μl/L of acetic acid concentration, and the corrosion rate of N80 steel was much higher in the corrosion mediun with acetic acid than that without acetic acid. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X Ray Diffractometers (XRD) and Energy Dispersive x-ray Spectra (EDS)were used to characterize the corrosion features of annulus N80 steel with different concentation of acetic acid. The corrosion mechanism in the presence of acetic acid in oil was also discussed.
