通过高分辨透射电镜和带能谱透射电镜观察, 经选区电子衍射和微区化学成分分析, 发现在ZnAl27复合材料中, SiC颗粒周边存在着大量的CuZn4化合物. CuZn4依附于SiC颗粒形核, 其沿SiC晶面长大速率大于垂直方向的长大速率.
