本文研究了Y_2O_3-ZrO_2和Al_2O_3-ZrO_2材料中四方相(t)ZrO_2向单斜相(m)相变过程,确定两相之间的取向关系,并证实在相变过程中相界处存在反相畴界。同时也对四方相中位错对相变影响进行了研究。
