采用溶胶-共沉淀方法合成了γ-LiAlO2基红色荧光粉,用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、FL等检测手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:样品为具有四方晶系结构的γ-LiAlO2晶型,粒度分布均匀,粒径为2~3 μm.其荧光性能与热处理温度及Eu,Li的掺杂浓度密切相关,掺杂的γ-LiAlO2荧光粉呈现出Eu的特征发射,其发射主峰位于613 nm处,对应于Eu的5D0→7F2跃迁.
