在实验室条件下模拟热轧时的“压力”轧制即异径异步轧制,研究了热轧板带的头部弯曲规律,从理论上分析了压下率、入口厚度、异径比和摩擦条件对弯曲的影响规律。研究结果表明,压下率是影响弯曲的重要因素。综合调整影响弯曲的几个主要因素:压下率、入口厚度、异径比值和摩擦条件即可得到合适的头部弯曲形状,在一定程度上起到了指导实际生产的作用。
The front bending rule on the hot strip steel is researched in rolling with different diameter rolls in the laboratory.The following factors affecting on front bending are analyzed in theory: deformation ratio, input height, rolls diameter ratio and friction condition. It is found that deformation ratio is the important factor for front bending. The proper shape of front bending can be gotten through adjusting allaround these factors. It can instructs practical manufacture in some definite degree.
