以蔗糖为炭源、磷酸为活化剂制备了膨胀石墨基炭/炭复合材料,通过控制蔗糖溶液的浓度来调控活性炭膜的厚度,用SEM观察其微观形貌,并分析了复合材料的炭膜厚度对苯酚吸附动力学的影响。结果表明:该复合材料对苯酚的吸附动力学性能与准二级速率方程有较好的相关性,初始的吸附速率随着活性炭膜厚度的减小而提高;复合材料对苯酚的吸附过程中,颗粒内扩散机制占主要控制地位。
Expanded graphite-based carbon/carbon composite was prepared with sucrose as carbon source and phosphoric acid as activator. The thickness of acticarbon film could he controlled by changing sucrose solution concentration. Microstructure was observed and the effect of carbon film thickness of the composite on phenol adsorption kinetics was analyzed. The results show that the adsorption property of phenol adsorption kinetics correlated well with the pseudo-second rate equation. The initial adsorption rates raised with the decrease of thickness of the acticarbon film. The particle internal dispersion mechanic dominated during phenol adsorption of composite.
