针对连铸生产过程中的工艺优化问题,在冷却凝固计算理论模型的基础上,开发了一种连铸工艺参数的辅助优化工具。该工具把模型的定量计算与工艺实践相结合,通过将宝钢长期实践过程中总结的连铸工艺的经验参数转化为数据库参数,作为工具软件优化参数的基础和约束,不仅提高了工具计算的准确性,还提高了优化参数的应用效果。该工具已用于宝钢多台连铸机的工艺参数优化,实践表明:使用该工具对工艺参数进行优化,不仅优化周期短,还可以降低试验成本及在线风险。
For the process parameter optimization problem of continuous casting production, an assistant optimization tool is developed based on the cooling solidification mathematical model. By using empirical production parameters as the basis and constraints for the optimization computation, not only the accuracy of calculation but also the application effect is improved. The tool has been applied to optimize process parameters of casting machines at Baosteel, and the results showed that short-term optimization process, low experiment cost and low on-line risks could be achieved.
