以不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂、新型高沸点丙烯酸酯及其它助剂为原料,制备出一种新型无挥发性有机化合物(VOC)浸渍树脂,并对其固化挥发份、耐热性、贮存稳定性、电气性能等性能进行了测试.结果表明:该浸渍树脂的固化挥发份极低,贮存稳定性及电气性能优异,耐热性能良好,耐热等级达到H级,是一种能满足高低压电机要求的环保型浸渍树脂.

A novel solvent-free impregnating resin was prepared by using unsaturated polyester-imide res-in, novel high boiling point acrylate and other additives as raw materials, and its volatile content, heat re-sistance, storage stability and electrical properties, etc. were tested. The results indicate that the impregnat-ing resin has very low volatile content and excellent electrical properties, storage stability and heat resis-tance, and the temperature index reaches class H, which is an environmental-friendly impregnating resin that can satisfy the requirements of high and low voltage motors.
