采用拉伸测试和显微组织分析,研究了微量Ce和Ti对AlCuMgAg合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,添加Ce或Ti,能加速合金的时效硬化,提高合金室温抗拉强度,但只有添加Ce能提高合金的高温耐热性能;显微组织分析表明,Ce或Ti的添加并不改变强化析出相的种类,但能细化析出相,提高其密度.同时添加Ce 和Ti,合金中形成了1种新的硬而脆的AlTiCeCu金属间化合物相,降低了合金的时效硬化和拉伸强度,使强化析出相的析出受到抑制.
