采用复合电沉积法制备出Cr颗粒含量不同的Ni-Cr微米复合镀层,该镀层由电镀Ni和微米Cr颗粒(~2.4μm)组成.900℃20 h高温氧化实验结果表明,当Cr含量接近32 mass%时,该复合镀层能够形成一层连续的Cr2O3氧化膜.通过对微米Cr颗粒含量不同的Ni-Cr复合镀层氧化性能的对比,讨论了其氧化机理.
