在不添加氰化物的乙醇蒸馏解吸体系中,采用超声波法从载金炭上解析回收金,以探索超声波的作用.结果表明,超声波的机械物理作用对解吸作用影响不大;在不超过70℃的温和条件下,乙醇等有机小分子和NaOH等碱能显著促进超声波的解吸金作用,可能是超声波促进了解吸液产生自由基,乙醇或碱通过捕获初级自由基产生次级自由基,消耗溶液中溶解氧,增强体系的还原氛围;当解吸液接近沸腾温度时,乙醇和NaOH不能显著促进超声波的解吸作用,超声波与升高温度在金解吸过程中具有相似的作用.
Based on the system of ethanol distillation elution without adding cyanide, ultrasonic was used to desorb gold from gold-loaded carbons to explore the function of ultrasonic on the process of gold desorption. The results indicated that mechanical and physical functions of ultrasonic have little effects on desorption of gold. At the mild condition (temperature<70℃), ethanol and NaOH could significantly accelerate the formation of radicals. It might promote the production of radicals in desorption solution, and ethanol and NaOH formed the secondary radicals by capturing the primary radicals leading to the reduction of dissolved oxygen and the increase of reductibility in elution solution. When the temperature is close to the boiling temperature of eluting solution, both ethanol and NaOH could not promote the rate of gold elution, and it indicates that the ultrasonic and temperature increase have similar effects on the desorption process of gold.
