以过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)和四乙烯五胺(TEPA)为氧化还原引发体系,以天然胶乳为原料,丙烯酸钠、丙烯酰胺为吸水单体,通过接枝共聚反应制得耐盐型吸水膨胀天然橡胶(SRWSNR).研究了RSWSNR的制备条件,重点研究了阳离子价态、盐溶液浓度、环境温度等因素对SRWSNR吸水倍率的影响,并对SRWSNR进行重复吸水能力、水的状态及热失重过程的分析.结果表明:SRWSNR的吸水倍率随阳离子化合价数、盐溶液浓度增高而减小;SRWSNR在生理盐水中的吸水倍率随温度的升高而增大;SRWSNR的重复吸水能力较好;SRWSNR在吸水过程中水先是以束缚水的状态存在,后是以自由水形式随吸水率的增加而不断增加;SRWSNR在163.5℃时达到失水平衡.
