本文通过曲线拟合法,分别对活化极化控制的腐蚀体系弱极化区的极化曲线以及恒电流充电曲线的实验数据进行数学解析。应用迭代的最小二乘技术,按FORTRAN语言编制源程序,用电子计算机分析电化学测试的极化数据,求出金属的腐蚀速度和其他电化学参数。列举了两个方法应用的实例,介绍了实验方法,并分别分析和讨论了这两种方法的可靠性、适用范围和影响测试的因素。
Through the curve fitting method for the corroding systems controlled by activation polarization, the experimental data of polarization curves in the weak polarization region and golvanostatic charging curves are analysed mathematically. The computer programs are worked out by applying iterative least squares technique with FORTRAN language. By means of the computer analysis of the polarization data determined by electrochemical method, the corrosion rates and other electrochemical parameters can be obtained. Examples of above-mentioned approach are shown and experimental technique is introduced. The reliability of above-mentioned methods, the field of application, as well as the factors which influence measurement are also analysed and discussed.
