钛及钛合金型材挤压窗口温度相对比较窄,因此要求坯料加热温度精确、一致,同时要求感应加热炉与挤压机的协调配合同步控制.针对钛及钛合金型材挤压用的25 MN挤压机及配套的6台200 kW感应加热炉,研制了感应加热炉与挤压机同步协调配合的群控系统.该系统采用Profinet、Profibus、RS485总线构建了加热炉监控主机与挤压控制主机、加热控制机的控制网络,利用模糊PID控制算法实现对温度精确性和一致性的控制,采用多总线实时通讯网络实现感应加热炉与挤压机的同步协调控制.在某企业的实际运行结果证明:该系统对提高钛及钛合金型材质量和挤压生产效率,以及稳定挤压生产工艺具有重要作用,在稀有金属加工领域具有典型应用价值.

Titanium and titanium alloy profiles have high requirements on the extrusion temperature window,accuracy and consistency of the ingot temperature and the coordination of the furnace and the extruder.The group control system of induction heating furnace for titanium and titanium alloy profile extrusion was developed,which included one 25 MN titanium alloy profile extrusion machine and six units of 200 kW induction heating furnace.This system used Profinet、Profibus、RS485 to build control network from the heating furnace monitoring host to extrusion control host and heating control host,and adopted fuzzy-PID control method to realize consistency and accuracy of the temperature.In addition,the induction heating furnace and the extrusion machine synchro-adjust control was realized by many bus real-time communication network.The results show that this system is very important for improving the quality and production efficiency of titanium and titanium alloy extrusion profiles,and has typical application value in rare metal processing field.
