利用高压釜装置模拟在常压,2.0,5.0,10.0 MPa 压力条件下的阴极保护情况,采用恒电流极化法模拟初期阴极保护,通过电位的变化、电极宏观形貌和钙质沉积层的生成情况评价阴极保护情况。结果表明,模拟海水静压力对阴极保护的影响不显著,电流密度为100 mA/m2时极化电阻明显跃升,可以在电极表面形成规模覆盖的沉积层。沉积层主要以文石的 CaCO3为主,电流密度较大时,含镁方解石也会生成,与文石共生。
The cathodic protection situations were simulated using an autoclave at atmospheric pressure,2.0 MPa, 5.0 MPa and 10 MPa.The initial cathodic protection was simulated using galvanostatic control method and the cathodic protection situations were evaluated by the change of potential,the macro-morphology of the electrode and the formation situation of calcareous deposit layer.The results showed that the effect of simulated seawater static pressure on cathodic protection was not significant.The polarization resistance zoomed obviously and the scale coverage of calcareous deposit layer could form on the electrode when the current density was 100 mA/m2 .The principal deposit layer constituent was aragonite CaCO3 .The calcite having magnesium would form and grow together with aragonite when the current density was relatively high.
