通过水热法制备磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子,并借助乳液体系中苯乙烯单体(St)和二乙烯基苯单体(DVB)在Fe3O4纳米粒子表面发生共聚,最终制得苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物(St-DVB共聚物)包覆的Fe3O4纳米复合材料.利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、热重分析、接触角测量仪、紫外-可见分光光度计对样品的形貌、结构、成分、疏水及吸油性能进行了分析.研究结果表明:磁性St-DVB共聚物表面粗糙并且具有核壳结构,经TG分析发现复合材料中高分子组分的质量分数高达50.51%;制得的材料密度为0.6kg/m3并且水滴接触角为136°,使得粒子能够浮于水面;磁性St-DVB共聚物可以吸附相当于自身重量2.4倍的柴油,并且由于Fe3O4组分的存在可经外加磁场迅速回收复合材料,因此这种材料有望应用于水面浮油净化领域.
