介绍了莱钢欧标微合金化高强度H型钢的化学成分设计思路和生产工艺控制方法。通过选择合理的微合金化成分,结合铁水预处理、低过热度浇注及优化二冷制度连铸工艺、再结晶区控轧与未再结晶区控轧相结合的TMCP技术,保证产品具有良好的组织结构、较高的强度和良好的焊接性。产品实物屈服强度大于等于360 MPa,抗拉强度大于等于502 MPa,Pcm≤0.26%,外形尺寸以及表面质量等均好于相关标准要求,产品整体质量达到国际先进水平。
The micro-alloyed high strength H beam’s chemical composition design of European standard and production process control method of Laiwu Steel are introduced. By selecting reasonable micro-alloying elements, combining with the hot metal pretreatment, low superheat casting and optimization of secondary cooling system in continuous casting process, recrystallization zone controlled rolling and non-recrystallization region combining TMCP technology, so that the product is ensured to have a good organizational structure, high strength and good weldability. The product’s yield strength, tensile strength is more than 360 MPa, 502 MPa, Pcm is less than 0.26%, dimension and surface quality are better than the standard requirements, the overall product quality has reached the international advanced level.
