由于包辛格效应和加工硬化的影响,JCOE制管后相对所采用钢板管体屈服强度会发生变化。通常采用压平的板状试样来测定钢管的屈服强度,所测屈服强度并非钢管的真实屈服强度。通过分析JCOE制管过程中应力应变的变化规律,提出了一种基于钢板屈服强度实验来预测钢管真实屈服强度的方法。用此方法得出的钢管真实屈服强度与实际生产数据基本吻合。

The yield strength of JCOE welded pipe was different from the mother steel plate because of the influence of Bauschinger effect and work hardening. It was measured by using flattened plate sample generally, so in fact it is not the true yield strength of the pipe body. Through the analysis of the stressstrain transformation rule during the manufacture of JCOE welded pipe, a method of forecasting the true yield strength of pipe based on the yield strength of steel plate is presented. The result measured by this method is agreement with the actual data in production generally.
