采用光学显微组织观察和X射线衍射及透射电子显微分析,研究了TaRu和NbRu高温形状记忆合金室温下的马氏体的组织形态及亚结构.结果表明Ta50Ru50和Nb5oRu50合金室温下均为单斜结构的马氏体,其晶格常数分别为,TaRu;a=0.802nm,6=0.440nm,c=0.549nm,β=96.7°;NbRu:a=0.805nm,6=0.430nm,c=0.548nm,β=97°.TaRu和NbRu合金马氏体变体呈典型的自协作组态,变体内部为平行排列的马氏体板条,变体内亚结构为(101)I型孪晶.
