合成了2种对苯二胺类西佛碱(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ),西佛碱(Ⅰ)含有氢键,而(Ⅱ)没有.同时合成了4种中间体(Ⅰ-a、Ⅰ-b与Ⅱ-a、Ⅱ-b).通过1H NMR、13C NMR和MS确定了6种化合物的结构.研究了化合物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)的光谱特性.结果表明,具有氢键的化合物可以增加分子的共平面性,双光子化合物的吸收截面(δ=14744GM)提高很大,说明分子内的氢键作用对化合物的TPA系数产生很大的影响.
