通过减压蒸馏除去丙烯酸酯单体中的阻聚剂,采用乳液聚合的方式制备出丙烯酸酯乳液;用白色水性环氧乳液代替传统的深红色酚醛固化剂,将此水性环氧乳液和丙烯酸酯乳液复配成胶,制成改性的丙烯酸胶覆盖膜,并对其性能进行分析。结果表明:当环氧固化剂用量为丙烯酸酯乳液质量的7%~9%,固化温度为170℃,固化时间为1 h时,制备的覆盖膜综合性能最优,其剥离强度大于0.8 N/mm,耐锡焊性和耐酸碱性满足使用要求,且覆盖膜固化后颜色变化较小。
The polymerization inhibitor was removed from the acrylate monomer by vacuum distillation, and then an acrylate emulsion was prepared through emulsion polymerization. An improved acrylic adhe-sive cover layer was prepared by mixing the acrylate emulsion and white water-based epoxy latex instead-ing of the traditional deep red phenolic curing agent, and its properties were analyzed. The results show that when the amount of curing agent is 7%~9% of the epoxy acrylate emulsion, the curing temperature is 170 ℃, and the curing time is 1 h,the prepared cover layer has the optimum property. The peel strength is greater than 0.8 N/mm, the resistance to soldering and acid-base could meet the customer’s re-quirements, and the color of the cover layer change little.
