激光刻痕可以有效细化取向硅钢的磁畴,从而显著降低铁损.综述了磁畴细化降低铁损和激光刻痕法细化磁畴的原理,并说明采用激光刻痕法细化磁畴降低取向硅钢铁损的研究现状,指出激光刻痕存在的问题及发展方向.
Laser scribing can availably refine the domain of grain oriented silicon steel and evidently decrease its core loss.The elements of decreasing core loss by domain refinement are summarized.The mechanism of refining the domains by laser scribing is discussed.Prospect of research on decreasing core loss of grain oriented silicon Steel by domain refinement through laser scribing is presented.And problems of laser scribing and future progress are indicated.
