NOx的控制是燃气炉燃烧过程洁净优化的重点,其关键问题在于湍流燃烧过程中NOx的生成机理。采用燃气实验炉和综合烟气分析仪等设备,研究了旋流强度对平焰燃气炉内火焰特性、温度场和烟气中NOx生成特性的影响规律。准确测量了不同燃烧工况下炉内中心垂直剖面温度和烟气中NOx含量,并分析了不同旋流强度下炉内火焰特性。研究结果表明,适当增大旋流强度可以使燃烧区和炉膛顶部温度更加均匀,进而有效降低烟气中NOx的含量。
NOx control is the key point of clean combustion technology in gas stove. The key problem is the mechanism of NOx formation during turbulent combustion. The effect of swirl intensity on flame features, temperature field and formation characteristics of NOx in gas stove was studied by means of gas stove and analytical instruments for flue gas. Temperature in central plane and concentration of NOx in gas stove were measured accurately. And characteristics of flat flame were analyzed during different swirl intensities. The results show that some steps for the improvement of swirl intensity can improve the uniformity of temperature field in combustion area and in the top of furnace, and therefore reduce the NOx in flue gas.
