本文采用溶液共混技术将定向碳纳米管(A-MWNTs)填充到天然橡胶中,得到A-MWNTs填充的天然橡胶复合材料.观察了A-MWNTs在天然橡胶基体中的分散情况,研究了A-MWNTs对天然橡胶复合材料导热性能的影响,并进行多项式拟合分析.研究表明:A-MWNTs在与天然橡胶溶液共混过程中经超声波振荡和搅拌后会被部分打乱.但是在微束单元内是定向的,在整体上呈非定向分布.随着A-MWNTs填充量的增加,复合材料的导热率快速增大.通过对导热率数据进行多项式拟合,以此为研究复合材料导热性能提供可靠的技术途径.结果表明:拟合曲线可以较为准确地预测复合材料导热率的变化趋势.
