研究了Cu、Ni在含铜时效钢表面氧化层中的富集规律。研究发现,无Ni含铜钢在1100~1200 ℃会形成液态富铜相,并向奥氏体晶界渗透,成为表面裂纹源。而在1000 ℃和1300 ℃均不形成液态富铜相。Ni加入到含铜钢中,改变了氧化层中富铜相的结构,促进了NiCu富集相以颗粒状保留在氧化层内,抑制了Cu向基体中的渗透,从而改善了含铜时效钢的热脆性问题。
Enrichment of Cu,Ni in surface oxidation layer of copperbearing agehardening steel was investigated. The results showed that copper enriched liquid phase is formed at reheating temperature of 1100~1200 ℃, and the liquid Cu enriched phase is penetrated along austenite grain boundary leading to surface cracking. But copper enriched liquid phase is not formed at reheating temperature of 1000 ℃ and 1300 ℃. The structure of copperrich phase in scale is changed by addition of nickel, and NiCu enriched phase is stayed in oxidized layer in form of granular particle which inhibits copper enriched phase from penetration into the base metal.
