采用XRD、OM和SEM等手段研究了稀土钐(0~2.0wt%)对AZ61合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,稀土Sm可以显著提高时效态合金从室温至175℃区间的抗拉强度和屈服强度.在AZ61合金中加入0.5wt%~2.0wt%的Sm后,合金的显微组织得到细化,Sm优先与Al形成高熔点Al_2Sm弥散相.在研究范围内,加入1.5wt%Sm的合金从组织到各项力学性能最优.
Microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy with Sm (0 ~ 2. 0wt%) addition were investigated by meansof OM ,SEM and XRD. The results show that the addition of Sm can dramatically enhance yield strength and tensile strength of the aged alloy at 20 ℃ ~ 175 ℃. Added 0. 5wt% ~ 2.0wt% Sin, the microstructure of the aged AZ61 alloy is remarkably refined, and the dispersed high-melting point phase Al_2Sm is found in the alloy. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the AZ61 alloy with 1.5wt% Sm are optimal.
