借助电子探针显微分析仪和X-射线衍射仪,分析了不同扩散 工艺的45#钢热浸镀Al扩散层的微观结构,通过500 h的循环氧化实验,对扩散层的抗热冲击 性和抗高温氧化性进行了研究.结果表明:850℃扩散后扩散层为两层;950℃扩散处理后扩 散层为三层;浸镀10 min,950℃扩散4 h为最佳工艺参数.
In this paper,the effect of diffusion treatment on hot dip aluminum coatings microstructure have been analyzed by means of EPM and XRD,the specimens diffused at 850 ℃ have two zones,but diffusion coating pr oduced at 950℃ have three zones.The cyclic thermal shock properties and weight gains of oxidation on diffusion layers have been investigated in air for 500 hou rs.The results show that the oxidation kinetic curves obey conventional paraboli c law,the optimum technical parameters is diffusion for 4 hours at 950℃ on dip 10min specimen.
