为了研究静电纺主要工艺参数对聚乳酸(PLA)/姜黄素超细纤维形貌及直径的影响,以丙酮和三氯甲烷的混合液为溶剂,调节姜黄素质量分数、纺丝电压、速率和接收距离分别制备不同规格的超细纤维。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的超细纤维形貌进行观察并应用Photoshop CS 3.0软件对超细纤维直径进行测量统计,发现在本实验范围内,姜黄素质量分数和纺丝电压对超细纤维的影响较显著,而纺丝速率和距离对超细纤维的影响相对较小;较理想的工艺条件为:姜黄素质量分数1%、纺丝电压20 kV、速率0.5 mL/h、接收距离16 cm。

In order to study the effect of chief parameters in electrospinning on the morphology and diameter of polylactic acid(PLA)/curcumin ultrafine fiber,ultrafine fibers with different specifications were prepared by altering the curcumin content,voltage,speed and C-SD of electrospinning with the compound of acetone and chloromethane as the solvent.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was applied to observe the morphology of ultrafine fiber and the Photoshop CS 3.0 software was used to measure the diameter of it.The results show that: the PLA/curcumin ultrafine fiber diameter is affected more clearly by the curcumin content and electrospinning voltage,however the electrospinning speed and C-SD have comparatively little impact;The better process parameters are: curcumin content at 1%,voltage at 20 kV,speed at 0.5 mL/h and distance at 16 cm within the bounds of this experiment.
