为了使工业锅炉安全运行,使用电化学交流阻抗法以及Tafel极化曲线法研究了在模拟的含氯离子低压工业锅炉炉水中硫酸根离子、碳酸氢根离子及钙离子对锅炉20碳钢水冷管壁腐蚀的影响.结果表明:炉水中的氯离子会促进碳钢的腐蚀;在有氯离子存在的情况下,加入硫酸根离子会使得碳钢腐蚀加剧,加入碳酸氢根离子在一定浓度范围内会促进碳钢的腐蚀,低浓度的钙离子也会促进碳钢的腐蚀,但当钙离子浓度较高时对碳钢的腐蚀有一定的抑制作用.
