采用阴极发光显微镜对TiIF钢水口结瘤物进行了研究,发现结瘤物的阴极光主要有红色、绿色和蓝色,红色物质为Al2O3,绿色物质为MgO·Al2O3·(TiOx)或CaO·Al2O3·TiOx,蓝色物质为Al2TiO5。TiIF钢水口结瘤物中存在大量含钛结瘤物,生成这种低熔点含钛结瘤物是TiIF钢结瘤严重的根源。

Nozzle clogging of TiIF steel was studied by the Cathodoluminescence Microscopy (CLM). The results show that the main CL colors of clogging are red, green and blue. Through detection of SEM and EDS, it is concluded that the red is Al2O3, the bright green is MgO·Al2O3·(TiOx) or CaO·Al2O3·TiOx and the blue is Al2TiO5. The generation of a great quantity of Tibearing clogging is blamed for the poor castability of TiIF steel.
