在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上,应用热拉伸方法来研究MGH754合金的热等静压和热挤压状态组织在800 ℃~1 200 ℃范围内的热塑性行为。结果表明:热挤压态组织的塑性峰值出现在1 100 ℃左右,而热等静压态的则是在1 200 ℃甚至更高。同时还发现,由于原始颗粒边界的原因,MGH754合金热等静压态的塑性要比热挤压态的低很多。

Thermoplasticity behaviors of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and hot extrusion (HEX )states of MGH754 alloy have been investigated by use of Gleeble1500 simulator through thermotensile test at the temperature ranging from 800 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.The results show that the ductility summit of HEX states of MGH754 alloy appears at about 1 100 ℃ while HIP′s appears at 1 200 ℃ even much higher. Additionally , the ductility of HIP state of MGH754 alloy is much lower than HEX’s because of existence of prior particle boundary.
