在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上,应用热拉伸方法来研究MGH754合金的热等静压和热挤压状态组织在800 ℃~1 200 ℃范围内的热塑性行为。结果表明:热挤压态组织的塑性峰值出现在1 100 ℃左右,而热等静压态的则是在1 200 ℃甚至更高。同时还发现,由于原始颗粒边界的原因,MGH754合金热等静压态的塑性要比热挤压态的低很多。
Thermoplasticity behaviors of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and hot extrusion (HEX )states of MGH754 alloy have been investigated by use of Gleeble1500 simulator through thermotensile test at the temperature ranging from 800 ℃ to 1 200 ℃.The results show that the ductility summit of HEX states of MGH754 alloy appears at about 1 100 ℃ while HIP′s appears at 1 200 ℃ even much higher. Additionally , the ductility of HIP state of MGH754 alloy is much lower than HEX’s because of existence of prior particle boundary.
