针对轮胎老化报废问题,制备了聚丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯涂料.设计了性能对比实验方案和加速老化实验,检测涂料的常规性能、调试最佳基料配比并在此基础上检验其对轮胎的防护性能.实验研究表明,在聚丙烯酸酯(PA)中引入甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酸乙酯(AAEM)单体能有效提高复合涂料的力学性能,用量为5%左右时力学性能最优.经热氧/冷凝/紫外线复合环境加速老化后,涂覆涂料的轮胎其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均有较大提升.SEM研究表明,涂料添加AAEM后被防护胎料表面形态更加完整,涂膜防护性能更加优良.
