以无机盐做前驱体,采用有机溶液氧化-还原法合成了ZnO纳米棒,对终产物通过XRD、Raman spectrum、SEM和TEM进行结构检测表明,产物为纤维锌矿型结构,呈棒状,直径大约为50～80 nm,长度大约为500 nm;对材料的气敏性能测试表明,基于该材料制成的气体传感器对酒精有很好的响应和很好的选择性,且响应-恢复迅速.
