析显示合成CdSe纳米晶具有立方相结构. 通过对产物形貌的演变过程进行观察分析表明, PS球周围的双电层结构对该形貌的形成起决定作用.
The CdSe nanocrystals were obtained by the chemical bath depostion on the surface of polystyrene (PS) served as the template. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) images show that the CdSe
nanocrystals are coated on the surface of PS with the island morphology. The CdSe nanocrystals are cubic structure confirmed by XRD. Finally, according to the morphology changing with the reaction
time, the formation of the morphologies is contributed to the PS electric double layer structure.
