Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金水淬后,在250—450℃的时效温度范围内,随温度的升高或时间的延长,逐步发生α″→β,ω_a→ω→α,β→β+ω→β+α和β→β+α等相变过程,并波此重叠.当时效温度高于450℃,发生β→β+α转变。考察了时效组织的形态与分布,给出了α相和β相的点阵常数变化与时效温度的关系,以及硬度与时效的关系。
The phase transformations in Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy during aging havebeen studied by means of X-ray diffraction and TEM techniques. The morphologyand distribution of precipitated phases were examined. The lattice parameters of αand β phases as a function of the aging time is obtained, the hardness variationof the specimens related to the aging temperature and time has been given as well.
