分别将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)平板膜浸润到十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)水溶液中,通过测量膜的重量随时间的变化进行膜浸润的研究,同时考察膜材料、活性剂溶液的浓度和温度对微孔膜润湿的影响.实验结果表明:PTFE膜的润湿速率远低于PVDF膜的;增大溶液的浓度或升高温度在相同润湿时间膜孔浸润百分率增大.基于毛细管渗入机理和膜孔径对数正态分布函数,提出微孔膜的润湿百分率与时间的理论方程,并且对PVDF膜的润湿实验数据进行拟合,得到较好的拟合效果.
