研究了以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和四甲基四氢环四硅氧烷(D4-H)为原料、以六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为大分子链封端剂合成高分子量含氢聚硅氧烷的新方法.讨论了物料配比与产物分子量及组成的关系,比较了不同催化体系对产物分子量、分子量分布以及合成操作的影响.结果发现,用70%(a.q.)硫酸溶液作催化剂能获得分布窄和分子量高(-Mn=60,000)的含氢聚硅氧烷,且操作简便,易得到含Si-H链节比β<20%的产物.
