以无水氯化钙和尿素为原料、乙二醇-水为溶剂,在未加入其它有机大分子调控剂的条件下,采用低温溶剂热法制备出了尺寸均匀、形貌规整的凸透镜状碳酸钙,研究了Ca2+浓度和水洗陈化时间对碳酸钙形貌的影响;在水体系、乙醇-水体系及丙三醇-水体系中制备了碳酸钙,考察了醇类体系对碳酸钙形貌的影响;最后探讨了凸透镜状碳酸钙的形成机理.结果表明:凸透镜状碳酸钙的晶型主要为球霰石,并有部分方解石;醇类分子结构对碳酸钙的相结构、形貌起着关键性作用;增加Ca2+浓度会导致凸透镜状碳酸钙颗粒表面粗糙化;延长水洗陈化时间会使凸透镜状碳酸钙空心化,甚至造成颗粒溶解-重构.
