本文用高分辨计算机像模拟(EMS)绘制晶体结构的方法,以锂离子电极材料 LixCoO2 为例,在 LiCoO2[001]和[100]晶向上计算绘制了一系列高分辨模拟像,并对照解释 Li0.70CoO2 高分辨实验像,研究结果表明通过 EMS,有利于在增加对复杂晶体结构的直观认识的基础上指导实验,达到提高材料性能的目的.
