分析了9%Ni钢淬火试样经临界淬火形成Lamellar结构的过程。采用ThermoCalc/Dictra计算模拟方法,对Lamellar结构与逆转变奥氏体形成的热/动力学过程及加热温度时间耦合条件、合金成分的分布特征等进行了模拟,模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。可为材料组织结构的精确控制、实际热处理工艺参数的准确制订及相关成分的优化设计提供重要参考依据。
The kinetics of Lamellar structure formed during intercritical quenching of quenched 9%Ni steel samples was investigated. The kinetics, coupling conditions of heating temperature-time and the distribution character of alloying constituent of the Lamellar structure and reversed austenite were simulated by Thermo-Calc/Dictra calculation method. The simulated results are in good agreement with the measuring results. This can provide significant reference for the accuracy control of microstructure and scheme of heat treatment parameters as well as the optimization design of related composition.
