通过对82B盘条试样的理化分析,发现试样中心高碳、存在脆性相网状渗碳体是造成82B力学性能不合格的主要原因,而中心高碳的根本原因是连铸坯存在严重的中心偏析。
The physical testing and chemical analyzing on 82B sample are given. The results of property disqualification showed that carbon content is higher in the sample center where contains the brittle cementite. The essential reason was serious center segregation during continuous casting.
